At GrillBob, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 180-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 180 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at support@grillbob.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be returned with all included accessories, parts, packaging, manuals, and any free gifts where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or return solution where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns that are missing parts, heavily damaged by misuse, altered, abused, or returned without authorization.

Used items may still qualify under our 180-day satisfaction guarantee, but the product must be returned with all original components and must not show intentional damage, misuse, or modification.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

Product Images and Visual References

Product images, lifestyle photos, mockups, videos, and advertising creatives are used for reference and presentation purposes. Minor differences in color, finish, packaging, accessories, logo placement, product appearance, or included items may occur due to manufacturing updates, lighting, screen settings, or product improvements.

We do our best to represent every product accurately, but images should be treated as visual references rather than exact guarantees of every small detail.
